This Privacy Policy explains how Softcom (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you use the Birdigo mobile application (“Application”). This policy complies with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), Apple App Store Guidelines, and international data protection standards.

1. Information We Collect

We DO NOT collect credit card numbers, national identification numbers, or medical/health data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Core Services: To provide scorecard recording, statistic calculation, handicap tracking, and nearby golf course lookup.
• Social Connections: To display your profile in search results (when enabled), and show scores for shared rounds.
• Notifications: To deliver friend requests, round invitations, and moderation report status.
• Safety & Security: To moderate inappropriate content, review violation reports, and enforce Community Guidelines.
• App Improvement: To analyze crash reports and resolve software bugs.

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Visibility & Privacy Controls

• Public Profiles: Your display name, username, profile photo, and handicap are visible to other users only when your profile is set to Public. You can turn this off anytime in Profile → Edit Profile.
• Friends & Co-Players: Players participating in the same round can view round scorecard details.
• Shared Round Links: When you share a round result link, anyone with the link can view the summary without logging in.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We utilize trusted third-party service providers to support app operations under strict security standards:

Cross-border data transfers adhere to appropriate security measures pursuant to the PDPA.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active.

Account Deletion Options:

1. In-App Instant Deletion (Recommended): Open the Birdigo app, go to Profile → Account & Security (บัญชีและความปลอดภัย), and tap Delete Account (ลบบัญชี).
2. Email Deletion Request: Send an email to support@email.birdigo.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, with the following security & legal exceptions:

• Violation & Incident Reports: Retained for 1 year to ensure community safety.
• Legal Consent Proof: Retained according to statutory limitation periods.
• Multiplayer Round Scorecards: Round score records remain in shared round histories but are permanently unlinked from your identity.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable privacy laws (PDPA / GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your profile data via Profile → Edit Profile.
• Delete your account and associated data via Profile → Account & Security → Delete Account.
• Request a copy of your data, object to processing, or restrict processing by contacting support@email.birdigo.app.

7. Security Safeguards

We implement industry-standard physical, technical, and procedural safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, passwords are stored using secure hash algorithms, and database access is restricted via Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Birdigo is not directed at children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that data immediately. Users aged 13 to 17 represent that they have obtained parental consent.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. For material changes, the app will notify you and request renewed consent upon login.

• ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์: ชื่อผู้ใช้, ชื่อที่แสดง, รูปโปรไฟล์, แฮนดิแคป, สนามประจำ, หมายเลขแคดดี้
• ข้อมูลจากผู้ให้บริการภายนอก: ชื่อและอีเมลจาก Google หรือ Apple Sign-In

• ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (GPS): พิกัดตำแหน่งเฉพาะขณะเปิดหน้าค้นหาสนามใกล้เคียงหรือแผนที่หลุม (ไม่ติดตามตำแหน่งเบื้องหลัง)
• ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์: โทเคนสำหรับส่งการแจ้งเตือน (FCM), รุ่นอุปกรณ์, เวอร์ชันแอป
• รายงานข้อขัดข้อง: ข้อมูลสภาพแวดล้อมขณะแอปหยุดทำงาน (Crashlytics)

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร

• ให้บริการหลัก: บันทึกสกอร์ คำนวณสถิติและแฮนดิแคป ค้นหาสนามใกล้เคียง
• เชื่อมต่อกับเพื่อน: แสดงโปรไฟล์ในผลค้นหาเมื่อท่านตั้งเป็นสาธารณะ, รอบที่เล่นร่วมกัน
• ส่งการแจ้งเตือน: คำขอเป็นเพื่อน คำเชิญเข้าร่วมรอบ ผลการตรวจสอบรายงาน
• รักษาความปลอดภัย: ตรวจสอบเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสม จัดการรายงานการละเมิด
• ปรับปรุงแอป: วิเคราะห์ข้อขัดข้องเพื่อแก้บั๊ก

เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อโฆษณา และ ไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้บุคคลที่สาม

3. ใครเห็นข้อมูลของท่านบ้าง

• ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์: ชื่อที่แสดง ชื่อผู้ใช้ รูปโปรไฟล์ และแฮนดิแคป — เฉพาะเมื่อท่านตั้งโปรไฟล์เป็นสาธารณะ (ปิดได้ที่ โปรไฟล์ → แก้ไขโปรไฟล์)
• เพื่อนและผู้ร่วมรอบ: เห็นสกอร์ของรอบที่เล่นด้วยกัน
• รอบที่ท่านแชร์: เมื่อท่านกดแชร์ผลรอบ ลิงก์นั้นเปิดดูได้โดยไม่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ

5. การลบบัญชีและระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา

เมื่อท่านลบบัญชี เราจะลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลภายใน 30 วัน โดยสามารถลบบัญชีได้ 2 วิธี:

1. ในแอป (แนะนำ): ไปที่ โปรไฟล์ → บัญชีและความปลอดภัย → ลบบัญชี
2. ทางอีเมล: ส่งอีเมลมาที่ support@email.birdigo.app หัวข้อ "Account Deletion Request"

ข้อยกเว้นการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล:

• บันทึกการรายงานการละเมิด — เก็บ 1 ปีเพื่อความปลอดภัยของชุมชน
• หลักฐานการยอมรับข้อกำหนด — เก็บตามอายุความทางกฎหมาย
• ข้อมูลสกอร์ของรอบที่เล่นร่วมกับผู้อื่น — คงอยู่ในรอบนั้นแต่ตัดการเชื่อมโยงกับตัวตนของท่าน

ท่านมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอให้ระงับการใช้ และขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลของท่าน ติดต่อได้ที่ support@email.birdigo.app
